📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative concepts for print, digital, and multimedia projects, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and client requirements.
• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and animations using industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Produce engaging video content, including motion graphics, promotional videos, and social media clips, using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Design and develop interactive multimedia content, including web banners, e-learning modules, and digital signage, using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and content creators, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in graphic design and multimedia, and apply innovative techniques to our projects.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality work is produced on time and within budget.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and multimedia production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for interactive multimedia projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
