You will assist the cashier in handling transactions, managing cash, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in handling customer transactions and payments.,Manage cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive atmosphere in the café.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals as required.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in opening and closing the café.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Familiarity with cash handling and basic accounting principles.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
