PT Emas Raya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a menu that reflects our brand's commitment to quality and innovation. This is a full-time position located in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, offering a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong desire to mentor and develop junior chefs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute a daily menu that meets the standards of quality, taste, and presentation.,Supervise and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring they adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.,Ensure all food preparation and cooking processes are efficient and cost-effective.,Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen.,Work closely with the management team to ensure the restaurant meets customer expectations.,Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the menu.,Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are of the highest quality and freshness.,Train and develop new chefs and kitchen staff to ensure the continued success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and delivering exceptional dining experiences.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Professional certification in culinary arts or equivalent experience.,Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
