TRACE Jaya is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in the heart of Denpasar, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, and ensuring timely payment to employees.,Monitor bank accounts and reconcile bank statements with internal records.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
