Sentral Kirana Medical Center is seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our staff and patients, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to staff and patients, resolving hardware and software issues.,Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, including computers, servers, and networks.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Assist with the setup and maintenance of medical equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain IT security, including backups and data protection.,Provide training and support to new staff on IT systems and procedures.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the reliability and efficiency of IT services.,Document IT processes, procedures, and incidents for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, including operating systems, networks, and hardware.,Familiarity with medical equipment and systems is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
