📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.,Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational data and performance metrics.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools is a plus.,Indonesian citizenship or permanent resident status.
