📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee the scheduling and allocation of resources to meet production targets.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Generate and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
