📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction,Promote products and services to potential customers through various marketing channels,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
