In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular feedback to the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
