📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Manage the payroll process, including tax calculations and employee deductions.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants.,Conduct audits and reviews of financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
