Oversee the sales activities of the Beauty Equipment Sales team,Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet their targets,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty industry,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Familiarity with beauty equipment and industry trends,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
