📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and develop customized training solutions for employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet the specific needs of each team.,Maintain and update training materials and resources to ensure they are current and relevant.,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and impact on employee performance.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
