Salon Sari Kebab is a well-established restaurant chain in Yogyakarta, known for its delicious kebabs and traditional Indonesian dishes. We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will assist the head cook in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality food and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head cook in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.,Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.,Participate in kitchen maintenance and equipment upkeep.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards.,Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a line cook or similar role.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
