In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Pastry Chef in creating and preparing delicious pastries and desserts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking pastries and desserts.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and work areas.,Assist in ordering and managing inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Prepare and present pastries and desserts for events and special occasions.,Assist in creating and testing new recipes.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of various baking techniques and equipment.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international pastry trends and techniques.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
