📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the team to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Manage and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar leadership role in a service-oriented organization.,Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Good understanding of company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
