📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the department.

Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company objectives.

Manage and mentor department staff, providing guidance and support.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.

Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Handle departmental budgeting and financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Proven track record in department management and operational excellence.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Familiarity with HR policies and practices.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
