PT Abadi Lestari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Mempawah. This is an urgent opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing and coordinating fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record of successfully managing fleet operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations including scheduling, maintenance, and driver management.,Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition and meet safety and regulatory requirements.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Participate in regular meetings with management to discuss fleet performance and strategies.,Handle any fleet-related emergencies and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing and coordinating fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience with fleet vehicles is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
