Bloom Village Abadi is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement new menu items and culinary concepts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure the highest quality of food and beverages,Develop and implement new menu items and culinary concepts,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and culinary concepts,Ensure all kitchen staff are properly trained and certified,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper food cost control

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations,Experience with menu development and culinary concepts,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments
