📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.

Support the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR staff.

Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to support continuous improvement.

Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with HR software and tools.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
