ZENIX Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and accounting standards,Oversee the preparation of bank reconciliations and financial statements,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making,Supervise and mentor junior bookkeepers and accounting staff,Manage vendor invoices and payments, ensuring timely processing,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably in a corporate environment,Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards is a plus
