Duta Maritim Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to manage and optimize our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record of supervising warehouse staff. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety in our warehouse.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of Indonesian language and local business practices.
