📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee to customers.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist customers with their orders and provide excellent service.
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall operations of the coffee shop.
- Learn and apply new coffee preparation techniques to enhance the customer experience.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or similar hospitality role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
