📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects for Indonesia's new capital city.
• Lead a team of professionals in urban planning, engineering, and project management.
• Collaborate with government agencies, private sector partners, and international organizations to drive progress and innovation.
• Ensure all projects align with the vision, goals, and sustainability principles of Indonesia's new capital.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Develop and implement strategies for sustainable urban development and infrastructure.
• Represent IKN Authority at national and international forums to promote the development of Indonesia's new capital.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in urban planning and infrastructure development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in urban planning, infrastructure development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, sustainable development practices, and infrastructure standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of government regulations and policies related to urban planning and infrastructure development.
