📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in production lines.
• Monitor and maintain safety protocols and standards in the manufacturing facility.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
• Collaborate with the production team to address any operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep detailed records for future reference.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Plant Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with CNC machines and automated production systems.
• Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
