📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using retail management software, such as SAP or Oracle Retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
