• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions for global expansion.
• Monitor and optimize existing markets to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI to analyze market trends and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in global expansion to drive innovation.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards in all expansion activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in global expansion, market analysis, or strategic planning.
• Proven track record of successfully leading global expansion initiatives.
• Strong understanding of international markets, trade regulations, and cultural nuances.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
