📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Collaborate closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Prepare and administer medications as directed by the nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient room.
- Assist with patient transfers and mobility.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Follow all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control measures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or related field.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR certification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move patients.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
