As an Experienced Barista with Leadership Skills, you will be at the heart of our café's operations. Your daily tasks will include brewing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, managing the cash register, and ensuring our café runs smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Brew and serve a variety of coffee drinks using high-quality coffee beans and state-of-the-art espresso machines.
• Manage the cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Lead a team of baristas, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth operations during peak hours.
• Train and mentor new baristas to maintain high standards of coffee quality and customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the café's offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Barista in a professional café setting.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a team.
• Certification in coffee brewing, such as SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) or similar, is a plus.
• Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
