• Manage and optimize performance-based advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve campaign ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative and media teams to ensure campaign alignment with brand guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or a related role.
• Proficient in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance marketing tools.
